Valid for transactions with individuals for private porposes.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ing.-Buero E. Alba de Schmidt, Gartenstr. 21, 86703 Rögling, Tel.: +49 9094 902 934 3, E-Mail: service@schmidt-alba.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also complete and submit the withdrawal form on our website [Withdrawal-form]. If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g. by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount which is in proportion to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, in comparison with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
